How to Use-

Adults, including pregnant/nursing women: Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz of water or juice 3-5 times daily or as needed.

Children infancy & up: Add drops to water or juice 3-5 times daily

25-49 lbs- 5 drops

50-74 lbs- 10 drops

75-99 lbs- 15 drops

100+ lbs- 20 drops

Does this contain alcohol?
No, we do not use alcohol in our herbal supplements.

Will Vegetable Glycerin spike my blood sugar?
No, Vegetable Glycerin has a low glycemic index and will not spike blood sugar.

Does this expire?
There is no expiration date but it will become less potent over time. We recommend using within one year of purchase for ideal freshness.

How long will one bottle last me?
Typically one bottle will be a one month supply for adults, but dosages will vary from person to person.

How long can I take this?
We do not recommend taking any supplement longer than 6 weeks to avoid the body becoming tolerant of it.

Will this really help me feel better?
Many of our customers have had great results with this but please remember that nothing is one size fits all. What works great for one person may not work for another, but we really hope this helps you!

Can I take more than one herbal supplement at a time?
Yes, you can combine any of the Tamarac Garden herbal supplements, we recommend taking no more than 3 at a time for optimal absorption.
