There is no expiration date but it will become less potent over time. We recommend using within one year of purchase for ideal freshness.

Typically one bottle will be a one month supply for adults, but dosages will vary from person to person.
How long can I take this?
We do not recommend taking any supplement longer than 6 weeks to avoid the body becoming tolerant of it. If you need to take it for longer than 6 weeks, we recommend taking one week off and then resume use.
