Is this loose leaf or in tea bags?
This tea comes in tea bags. Each box comes with 12 ready to steep tea bags.
Is this tea safe for pregnancy?
Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult with a healthcare provider before using. There is very little research done on Goldenrod and it’s effects on pregnancy, so it is generally considered unsafe. Please use your own discretion, your health decisions are entirely up to you.
Is this safe for children?
Yes, it’s safe for children 5 years old and up. We recommend one sip per of life throughout the day.
How long should I steep the tea?
We recommend at least 15 minutes steeped in hot water.
Can I drink this iced?
Yes, a cold infusion will take longer to steep. We recommend putting three tea bags in a quart mason jar filled with water and allowing it to steep overnight in the refrigerator.
How many times can I use each tea bag?
Most people get 2-3 uses out of each tea bag.
