What You’ll Need:

• Kit Contents

• Large Pot

• 5 Cups Water

• 1/2 cup of Honey (more or less to taste)

• Funnel

• Wine Bottle or Quart Mason Jar with Lid

How to Make-

• · Pour the kit ingredients into the brew bag, tie the bag securely.

• · Add 5 cups of water to pot, place bag in the water.

• · Bring to a boil then let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring regularly, and pressing the bag to release the juices.

• · Allow to cool for 10+ minutes, squeeze the bag to get all additional juices out.

• · Add ½ cup of honey. You can add more or less, adding honey is optional but I highly recommend it. It is great for cold & flu and will extend the shelf life of the syrup to 4+ months.

• · Stir well until all the honey is melted.

• · Pour into a 24 oz jar or bottle, allow to cool to room temp before closing the lid.

• · Refrigerate and enjoy!

• Adults & Children -Take 1 tbs daily for immune support. If you are fighting an illness up your dose to 4 tbs daily until your symptoms are gone.

Nope, this isn’t quite thick enough for that. It’s intended to take as a daily supplement drink.

I don’t like honey, can I use another sweetener?
